Medical Staff Philanthropic Society

About Us

The Medical Staff Philanthropic Society was established to give special recognition to the physicians and medical staff who have a desire to strengthen hospital services and improve the health of our community by supporting the UNC Health Nash Foundation. The society of active and retired physicians helps to expand our community's access to state-of-the-art medical services and high-quality patient care, close to home. Donations from society members will fund initiatives that will expand services or programs to increase patient access and improve patient outcomes. Donations can be designated to a specific Foundation Fund or can be undesignated and go to the area of greatest need.

The Importance of Giving

For over 50 years, Nash has provided excellent health care for our community. As the region has grown, so has the unmet health needs in our community. UNC Health Nash treats some of the most vulnerable patients in the state. Gifts to the UNC Health Nash Foundation allow the organization to have a great impact in the lives of our patients and improve the health of our community.
