Lights of Love

Each year, the UNC Health Nash Foundation gives community members the chance to honor or celebrate a loved one as a part of its Lights of Love campaign. Designate a light or an ornament on the Christmas tree in honor or in celebration of a loved one this holiday season. The trees are displayed throughout the holiday season, and the name(s) recited at the official tree lighting event.

Lights of Love not only serves as a way to honor or celebrate someone, but also as a way for the UNC Health Nash Foundation to raise money for the Annual Fund. Annual Funds help support our Patient Assistance Program, which helps patients with the cost of medication, durable medical equipment, transportation assistance, and more.

In 2025, the UNC Health Nash Foundation raised $16,900 for the Annual Fund to honor 288 loved ones! We were able to honor and remember loved ones near and far at our Tree Lighting Ceremony. Thank you to all who donated to help us build a healthier community!
